Curriculum

College Curriculum

The curriculum delivery at Grace Christian College is influenced by the following goals:

To deliver the curriculum within a framework of Christian understanding or worldview. This includes the understanding that God has created mankind in his image and with a purpose. God desires to see each person reaching their full potential in their service of Him and their community. Character education is embedded in the curriculum and seeks to develop a generation of creative, active and informed young Australians willing to serve their community on a local and international level.

To recognise within the curriculum that children are individuals and have different capabilities when it comes to learning. The school uses various approaches to teaching and classroom management.

To offer the broadest learning opportunities it can while keeping the fee structure as affordable as possible thus ensuring the maximum accessibility for those families seeking a Christian Education.

To provide learning opportunities for students that develop independence and self-managing skills and encourage them to be active and reflective learners who are willing to take on new challenges.
